How long does it take for my mattress to be delivered?
Standard delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days. For our 'Bed-in-a-Box' models, express shipping is available and usually arrives within 48 hours.
Do you offer a sleep trial period?
Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress after a 30-day break-in period, you can return it for a full refund.
Will you remove my old mattress when the new one arrives?
We offer a White Glove Delivery service for an additional fee, which includes the setup of your new mattress and the removal and eco-friendly disposal of your old one.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All of our mattresses come with a comprehensive 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural indentations greater than 1.5 inches.
How do I know which mattress firmness is right for me?
We recommend side sleepers choose a plush or medium feel, while back and stomach sleepers generally benefit from a medium-firm to firm surface for optimal spinal alignment.
Do your mattresses require a specific type of bed frame?
Our mattresses are designed to work on most firm, flat surfaces including box springs, platform beds, slatted bases (with slats no more than 3 inches apart), and adjustable bases.
